Nós somos um grupo organizador de feiras que agora faz parte da Fiera Milano para o qual estamos buscando compradores dentre atacadistas e distribuidores no setor de sorvete e confeitaria para visitar a HOST – International Exhibition of the Hospitality Industry, que é um evento consagrado no mercado europeu e mundial e acontecerá de 21-25 /Outubro/2011.
Abaixo segue os detalhes para esta participação, em caso de interesse, que será enviado o formulário para aprovação da equipe da HOST.
A Fiera Milano oferecerá aos aprovados passagem, hospedagem e reuniões com os fornecedores / expositores.

“I am happy to inform you we actually need to invite 15 Brazilian buyers for Host, the most important b2b, international exhibitions on the hospitality industry.
Can you help me with that? Let me explain a bit further.
The total number of buyers will have to be split into these clusters:
– 20% bread/pizza/pasta. They will need to be either retailers, distributors or importers
– 10% ice cream/confectionery. Distributors, retailers or importers
– 70% hotel & spa emotion. They will have to be from hotel chains, or distributors, purchasing managers, interior designers/consultants/architects, contractors

The package we will offer to our buyers is as follows:
– Hotel for 3 or 4 nights
– Flight
– Shuttle bus: hotel-Host-hotel
– Gala dinner
You will be able to confirm a buyer’s attendance only after these steps: everytime you select and recruit an operator, fill in and send me the technical form you find here attached. I will then pass it to the Exhibition Manager who will check and approve the profile, after which I can give you authorization to proceed with the invitation.
Please note it is compulsory for all invited buyers to be involved in meetings and matching programs with some exhibitors. In a few days you’ll receive information about “Emp”, the platform that matches buyers and exhibitors
